Phase 1: Emergency Rescue Campaign - Goal ($50,000)

- Roof and Leak Sealing (~$8,000)

  • Seal and patch holes in roof, temporarily or permanently

  • General weatherproofing

- West wall stabilization (~$30,000)

  • Bracing, crack repair, patching etc…

- Formal Structural Assessment (~$3500)

  • Preservation engineer/architect

- Window/Door Protection and Security (~$2500)

  • Security Cameras

  • Updated doors, plywood etc…

- Public Launch Materials (~$5,500)

  • Ad Campaigns

  • Signs/Billboards


Phase 2: Exterior & Foundation Rebuild/Stabilization - Goal ($400,000 - $600,000)

- Repair, Rebuild or fully replace sandstone walls

  • Retain as much of the original brickwork as possible

- Landscape grading, drainage system to protect brickwork and foundations

- Interior and Exterior cleanup

  • Safe cleanup of debris from fire

- East Pillars and Balcony Reconstruction

- SouthWest Porch and Chimney reconstruction

- Beehive reconstruction


Phase 3: Interior Restoration - Goal ($500,000)

- Floors, ceilings, plaster repair, historic paintwork

  • Keep everything as close to the Anson Call era as possible

  • Replace burned/broken wooden beams

  • Redo flooring, drywall, plaster and paint

- Kitchen, parlor, study and living room redo.

  • Redo cabinets, appliances, furniture, decorations, carpets and stairwell using historic materials

- Redo upper floor and attic walls, ceiling and floors using historic interpretation.

- Redo SouthEast Basement room


Phase 4: Modernize Safety Compliance - Goal ($350,000)

- Install HVAC, fire suppression and ADA access

- Redo wiring and Electrical

- Advanced Security and Lighting

- Exterior brick fence


Phase 5: Museum & Heritage Center - Goal ($400,000 - $600,000)

- Install historical displays, oral history archives and reenactment pieces

- Event spaces in backyard

- Educationnal programming, virtual tours

- Donor Monument
